 Puppy Purchase Agreement & Health Guarantee

This Puppy Purchase Agreement is entered into between Seller (Breeder) and Buyer on the date of purchase.

1. Puppy Information
   •    Breed: Maltese and Poodle Mix (Maltipoo)
   •    Registration: Puppy is registered with the Designer Puppies Registry (chatgpt://generic-entity?number=0)
   •    Sex: To be specified
   •    Color: To be specified
   •    Date of Birth: To be specified

2. Purchase Price & Payment Terms

The total purchase price of the puppy is agreed upon by both parties.
Full payment is required before delivery or pick-up options are released.
No puppy will be held, delivered, or transferred without completed and confirmed payment.

3. Delivery & Pick-Up Policy

Delivery or pick-up arrangements will be discussed and scheduled only after full payment has been received.
All delivery fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Health Guarantee

The breeder guarantees that the puppy is in good health at the time of transfer.
   •    Buyer is encouraged to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the puppy.
   •    If a life-threatening congenital condition is diagnosed within this period, buyer must provide written documentation from the veterinarian.
   •    In such a case, breeder may offer a replacement puppy of equal value when available.
   •    No cash refunds will be issued.

This guarantee does not cover conditions resulting from neglect, injury, improper care, stress, or environmental factors.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyer agrees to:
   •    Provide proper nutrition, housing, veterinary care, and a safe environment.
   •    Understand that puppies require time, patience, training, and consistent care.
   •    Accept responsibility for the puppy once it leaves the breeder’s care.

6. No Breeding Rights (Optional Clause)

Unless otherwise stated in writing, this puppy is sold as a companion pet only and is not intended for breeding purposes.

7. No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of live animals, no returns or exchanges are accepted once the puppy has been transferred, except as outlined in the Health Guarantee section.

8. Agreement Acknowledgment

By completing payment and accepting the puppy, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this agreement.
